It is planned that new issues are published on a regular basis. The goal of the newspaper is to bring ethnological knowledge in an understandable format to the "non-ethnologically-educated". Much to my surprise I found a really cool tool to research publications referring to the islam - online! For those of you with a valid Library-ID and PIN of the STABI/ München the Index Islamicus is available. The Index contains a register of more than 240 000 titles, 250 000 persons and more than 500 000 keywords all related with the muslim world. The index covers even essays published in journals.
