20 Farmers Killed in Bolivia during Coca Protests


"The situation in the landlocked Latin American country turns out of control. Over 20 were killed during the last clashes between the Army and coca growers", writes Pravda. And BBC adds: "The coca farmers want an end to the US- funded eradication programme. The government says illegal coca crops are used to produce cocaine, but the farmers say the coca is intended for traditional uses."
