Well thats the page of Steve Mizrach, aka Seeker1, who was an early advocate of cyberanthropology. Unfortunately he isn't any more, as it seems. His page is fairly outdated (and looks like a middle-of-the-90ies-homepage, even features midi sound in background :-0~ ). But nonetheless its a page of historic interest.
