The Université du Québec à Chicoutimi hosts a phantastic francophone collection of full-texts called Les classiques des sciences sociales. Among this collection there are real gems for the cultural anthropologist, for example the writings of Émile Durkheim (1858-1917) and the writings of Lucien Lévy-Bruhl (1857-1939). Among the latter the Carnets (1938-1939) are of special interest. They form the late work of Lévy-Bruhl in which he reconsiders and clarifies his thoughts and theories.
