Leading Anthropologists are trying to expand the conecpt of culture also to primates, like the orang utan apes. After a nature-article now some scientists showed again, that also in ape population some cultural traditions can be found. For example, orang utans at Borneo use leaves to amplify their oral noises, the ones from Sumatra only their hands. The article is published in Science.
